The LEGO Nintendo Game Boy (72046) is a 421-piece display model kit for adults that recreates the original Nintendo Game Boy handheld in near 1:1 scale. Built entirely from LEGO bricks, it is a genuinely faithful replica, complete with the iconic +Control Pad, A and B Buttons, SELECT and START, the contrast adjustment and volume dial, and the Game Pak slot, all accurately positioned and shaped just as they appeared on the real device.

Two brick-built Game Paks are included in the set: The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening and Super Mario Land. Each can be inserted into the Game Pak slot on the model, and the corresponding lenticular screens can be swapped in to display on the face of the unit, alongside an optional Nintendo start screen. This interchangeable system lets you personalise your display to reflect your favourite game or memory.

The finished model sits on a buildable display stand and measures just over 14 cm high, 9 cm wide, and 3 cm deep, making it a compact but striking piece for a desk, shelf, or gaming room. It has no light, sound, or digital functions, keeping the focus entirely on the build quality and display aesthetic.

The set is aimed at adults and experienced builders, but step-by-step instructions are included in the box and also available on the LEGO Builder app, making it accessible to Nintendo fans who are new to LEGO. A coupon is currently available at checkout, reducing the final price further.
