This 5 piece stainless steel knife set from hecef is a strong pick if you want a lightweight, precise and modern looking knife set that covers all daily cooking tasks. You get a chef knife, bread knife, slicing knife, utility knife and paring knife, so the full range from chopping vegetables to cutting meat is covered.

The knives use a tapered ground edge, which gives better stability, long lasting sharpness and clean cuts even through harder ingredients. Many reviewers mention that the blades are extremely sharp right out of the box, so be careful when you try them for the first time.

The ergonomic hollow handle keeps the weight low and improves balance. This makes a big difference if you cook every day or cut larger amounts of ingredients. Because the handles are fully stainless steel without gaps or plastic connections, there are no hidden dirt spots and cleaning is very easy.

Another plus is the satin finish, which gives the knives a premium look and helps against stains. They are also dishwasher safe, although hand washing is always better for keeping sharpness for longer.

For a full 5 knife set with a forged construction, this is a very strong value deal.
