The eufy Robot Vacuum Omni C20 is a fully automated cleaning solution that handles vacuuming, mopping, and self-maintenance all from a single all-in-one station. Once set up, it takes care of the entire floor cleaning routine with minimal human involvement – emptying its dustbin, washing the mop pads, and drying them automatically with room-temperature air after every session.

The suction power of 7,000 Pa is genuinely impressive for a robot vacuum in this class. Combined with a rolling brush and side brush, it picks up dirt, crumbs, and pet hair effectively across hard floors, tiles, and carpets. The Mop Master Technology adds another dimension – dual rotating mop pads spin at 180 rotations per minute with 6N of downward pressure, tackling stubborn stains that basic mopping functions typically miss.

The ultra-slim 3.35-inch body allows the C20 to glide under beds, sofas, and low-profile furniture that most robot vacuums simply cannot reach. Carpet detection is built in, so the mop pads lift automatically when transitioning from hard floors to carpet, preventing the carpet from getting wet. The Pro-Detangle Comb feature also keeps the roller brush free from hair wrap by reversing the brush and combing out tangles automatically.

Control is handled through the eufyClean app, where you can set schedules, create no-go zones, customise cleaning modes, and monitor real-time progress. It is also compatible with Amazon Echo and Google Home for voice control. The transparent water tanks on the station make it easy to check levels at a glance without opening anything up.
