The Genius Nicer Dicer Chef is a 15-piece manual vegetable cutter and food preparation system from one of the most recognised names in kitchen choppers, with over 47 million satisfied customers worldwide since the original Nicer Dicer launched in 2004. It covers dicing, slicing, strip cutting, julienne, spiralizing, and grating in a single compact unit with no electricity required.

The set includes a full selection of interchangeable knife inserts: a 12 x 12mm insert for medium cubes, a 24 x 24mm insert for large cubes, a dedicated tomato insert at 9mm thickness for cutting soft foods like tomatoes, mozzarella, mushrooms, and boiled eggs without crushing them, a slicer for thin even slices, a Julietti frame and spiral insert for vegetable spaghetti and julienne strips, and a coarse grater for cheese, chocolate, butter, and vegetables. A large 3.3-litre collection container catches everything as you cut, and a built-in self-cleaning push plate clears food residue from the blade grids at the press of a button.

The stainless steel blades are precision-ground in G-NOX quality, meaning they are razor-sharp, robust, and rust-proof. The updated cutting lid design uses improved leverage mechanics to require less effort per press, with a large palm rest for better control. The collection container is dishwasher safe, though hand washing the blades is recommended to preserve their edge.

Note: packaging and recipe book are in German, but the product itself is straightforward to use. Handle blades with care during cleaning.
