If you want faster hands sharper reactions and better coordination this little gadget hits harder than it looks. The set includes four different weighted balls so you can start easy and level up as your timing improves. Just strap on the adjustable headband attach the cord and start punching. No gloves or partner needed.

It is the perfect training tool if you do boxing MMA or any combat sport but it also works as a simple cardio burner for anyone who wants to move more without boring workouts. Ten minutes with this feels like shadowboxing with a mind of its own. You cannot brute force it you have to stay focused which trains brain and body at the same time.

The rotating buckle keeps the cord from tangling so you do not waste time fixing knots between rounds. It fits both adults and kids so it is great for families and it is small enough to use at home in the garden or even at the gym as a warm up. It also includes spare cords which is rare at this price.

If you like gadgets that actually improve performance instead of sitting in a drawer this one earns its place in the bag.
