The Deuter Waldfuchs 10 is designed for young children who need a reliable, comfortable and weather resistant backpack for forest school, kindergarten or outdoor adventures. Made from robust recycled materials, it combines durability with smart organisation so kids can carry everything they need without the weight feeling uncomfortable.

The ergonomically shaped back padding fits closely to the child’s back and keeps the load stable. The breathable gaps between the pads ensure airflow, which helps prevent sweating even when the kids are running around. The adjustable chest strap keeps the backpack from slipping, so it stays in place while climbing, playing or walking.

Inside, the Waldfuchs offers plenty of pockets and compartments for toys, snacks, crafts, a bottle, and spare clothes. There is also a wet compartment for damp items, plus an inner pocket for valuables. A small Velcro pocket can be used for tools like a kid safe saw or other forest school essentials.

The base is water repellent and reinforced, so the backpack can sit on wet ground without soaking through. A practical rain cover is stored in the lid compartment and can be pulled out quickly when the weather changes. The toploader design with drawstring is easy for kids to open and close on their own.

This backpack is PFAS free and made with bluesign approved recycled materials, showing Deuter’s commitment to sustainable production. With its comfort, durability and child friendly design, the Waldfuchs 10 is a reliable everyday companion for children aged 3 and up.
