Boggle is one of the simplest and most addictive word games you can throw on the table after dinner or while travelling. You shake the letter cubes flip the timer and then race to find as many words as you can before the sand runs out. It works solo or with multiple players and rounds only take a couple of minutes so there is no waiting around for turns or complicated setup. Unlike big board games this one fits in a bag and does not need a table full of space which makes it perfect for holidays car trips or even school bags. Kids improve spelling and vocabulary without realising they are learning and adults get surprisingly competitive trying to beat each others word lists. With nearly five thousand positive reviews it is one of the highest rated pocket games from Hasbro and ideal as a quick gift or stocking filler.
