This LEGO Animal Crossing Dodo Airlines 77051 set brings the charm of the video game into a buildable airport scene that kids can play with away from a screen. The set includes the seaplane, dock, control tower, barrier gate, and two Animal Crossing characters so children can recreate flights, arrivals and island adventures exactly like in the game.

The seaplane has a spinning propeller and space for both pilot Wilbur and passenger Tangy, so kids can act out full travel stories. The airport section includes familiar elements from the game like the ticket gate, wooden dock, small beach area, and the iconic blue and yellow Dodo Airlines styling. It is a compact but detailed playable set with plenty of recognisable features.

A nice touch is the customisable flag at the airport. Kids can redesign it using the included extra tiles, just like decorating their in game island. The colourful pieces, simple building steps and strong theme make it easy for young fans to stay engaged. With 292 pieces, the set takes some time to build but is not difficult, making it suitable for ages from seven and up.

Once the build is done, the airport becomes a roleplay scene that fits perfectly with other LEGO Animal Crossing sets. Children can build new stories, fly to imaginary islands, or combine this kit with other sets from the series to expand their world. Reviews highlight the quality, the recognisable characters and the fun in replaying game moments physically rather than on a console.

If you are looking for a Christmas gift for a child who loves Animal Crossing, this is a safe bet. The brand delivers reliable quality, the figures are faithful to the game, and the whole set encourages storytelling rather than passive play.
