Young racing fans can build their very own Formula 1 car with this LEGO City McLaren set. It’s a great little kit to celebrate McLaren’s recent World Championship win and Lando Norris taking the driver’s title.

The set includes 86 pieces to construct an aerodynamic F1 car complete with slick tyres and a cockpit. It also comes with a McLaren driver minifigure in a racing suit to sit behind the wheel. The finished model is sturdy enough for action-packed races across the living room floor.

Building instructions are included in the box, but you can also use the LEGO Builder app for a digital guide that lets you zoom and rotate the model in 3D as you build. It’s designed for kids aged 6 and up, offering a fun and achievable challenge.

This set is perfect for small gifts or as a treat for any young petrolhead. It’s a fun way to combine a love for cars with creative building.
