This iconic $\text{Peugeot}$ $\text{Paris}$ $\text{u’Select}$ $\text{salt}$ $\text{mill}$ is designed to enhance the flavours of the meals you create. The mill is engineered and manufactured $\text{in}$ $\text{France}$ from beechwood with a $\text{glossy}$ $\text{white}$ finish.

It features the $\text{patented}$ $\text{u’Select}$ $\text{system}$. This allows you to select your desired grind through $6$ $\text{settings}$, ranging from extra fine to very coarse. The $2\text{–}\text{stage}$ $\text{grinding}$ $\text{mechanism}$ first cracks the salt and then grinds it to the precise desired texture.

The precision $\text{grind}$ mechanism is made from stainless $\text{steel}$. This material is chosen because it is not sensitive to salt corrosion, ensuring lifetime $\text{longevity}$. This salt grinder is specifically designed to transform dry $\text{rock}$ $\text{salt}$ $\text{crystals}$ into your desired grain size. Note that it is not recommended for sea salt. The mill comes partially filled with $\text{Cristaux}$ $\text{de}$ $\text{sel}$ $\text{blanc}$ $\text{d’Allemagne}$ for immediate use.
