This SONGMICS 2 in 1 dumbbell set is a full home gym in one box. You get 2 adjustable dumbbells (up to 15 kg each) and an extra connector bar to turn them into a 30 kg barbell. The set includes 8 x 2.5 kg plates, 4 x 1.25 kg plates and 4 x 1 kg plates, so you can adjust the weight to your training level.

The plastic coated plates are filled with a safe concrete and sand mix, secured with star locks that prevent rattling. The metal bars have anti slip knurling for a firm grip, while the extra barbell link gives you even more exercise options. Perfect for strength training, building muscle or just staying in shape at home.

One small warning: this set weighs a total of 30 kg. So if you want to get strong and at the same time make your postman hate you, this is the right order.
