The SONGMICS SYL30LBK is a versatile 30kg weight set designed for comprehensive home strength training. This kit features high-quality cast iron discs with a durable powder coating, providing a professional feel and long-lasting resistance to wear. The set includes a variety of plates – eight 2.5kg and four 1.25kg discs – allowing you to finely adjust the resistance according to your specific workout needs.

A standout feature of this package is the included 30cm steel connection pipe. This allows you to easily transform the two individual dumbbells into a single barbell, significantly expanding your exercise repertoire to include movements like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. The galvanized iron bars are equipped with non-slip knurled grips to ensure a secure and comfortable hold during heavy lifts.

For maximum safety, the set comes with four star-shaped spinlock collars that keep the weight plates firmly in place, preventing any wobbling or sliding during use. The iron construction is a major advantage over sand-filled plastic weights, as it is much more compact and lacks the chemical odors often associated with rubber-coated alternatives.
