This SONGMICS set of two dumbbells is perfect for beginners and fitness enthusiasts who want to train at home. Each dumbbell weighs 1.5 kg, giving you a total of 3 kg for effective strength and cardio workouts.

The cast iron weights are coated with premium neoprene, which not only provides a secure non slip grip but also makes the dumbbells more comfortable to hold, even during longer sessions. Their ergonomic grip is designed to reduce strain and ensure safe handling, while the hexagonal design prevents rolling when you set them down.

Bright orange makes these weights easy to spot and adds motivation to your workout routine. They are versatile for arm toning, shoulder strengthening, or adding extra resistance to cardio sessions like walking or aerobics. Compact and durable, they take up very little space, making them an easy addition to any home gym.
